Introduction

The Adaptive Human Robot Interaction (AHRI) library is a library developed by Intel Labs China for service robots. It helps service robots continuously learn and understand the environment and surrounding objects, including person, object, environment, and events. The main contribution of this library is to provide adaptive capabilities for service robots, so that the robot can learn independently to adapt to different situations. Our goal is to provide space-time intelligence with automatic adaptive learning capabilities accelerated by heterogeneous IA platform to fill the gaps between current AI/DL and compelling new usages in robotics and adjacent area. The framework of AHRI 2.0 is shown in Figure 1. It includes 4 packages. Each package can work independently to provide specific functionality (see section 3 for details). And it can work together as a whole system to support developers to develop usages.
 
 

Packages

AHRI provide 5 packages (4 functional packages and 1 sample package). Each package can work separately to provide basic functionalities as follow table shows.
